— 4 Text Messages to Save Your Marriage

Hey there, YouTube! You guys asked for it, and I delivered… in this video, I’m going to talk about 4 text messages you can send to your spouse right now that will re-spark some of the passion and romance that’s been missing for so long. Yes, rekindling some of the desire and attraction CAN be that easy if you know what you’re doing…

It’s Brad Browning here, by the way. I’m a marriage coach and best-selling author. Now, before I get started with this video, I first have to tell you how to NOT text your husband or wife. These are text messages that don’t build attraction, romance, or passion. And in some cases, these common text messages can actually make your spouse feel less attracted to you. So let’s jump into some examples of what NOT to text your spouse before we get into what TO text your spouse.

Bad Text #1 – The Demanding Text Message

It’s obviously okay to ask your spouse to do something for you. After all, you and your spouse are married and you are a team. However, if you start demanding too much of your spouse, you could turn yourself into what I like to call a “Texting Terrorist”.

  4. vins sweetyHey Brad, my bf chose his mother over me, but he says I am his life, but v cant marry. What should I do?Plz reply asap

    1. +vins sweety How old is this guy? Sorry, but I’m not sure why parents had to get involved. It’s either you’re both too young to date or it has something to do with culture. Either way, it’s best to consider moving on from this, okay? Understand that the choice is ultimately up to your ex on whether to fight for you or not despite the opposition going on. Good luck!

    1. He will…unless you’ve been blocked and in which case, you really ought give it time first. Don’t rush it

    1. Sorry to hear that. Was the divorce finalized? It may have not so much to do with proverbial midlife crisis as much as it has to do with the issues in your marriage. So when did all the trouble started and what has caused it? These may help: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WU0yhd3ADXU and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W_vzHFqnasM&t=7s but it’s really challenging for me to know where to give you a headstart, knowing only so little of the situation… Sign up for my Mend the Marriage coaching program so I can help take a look at all the other factors at play and find out what’s really going on, monitor your situation, and guide you on a regular, ongoing basis at www.marriageguy.com/coaching

  5. I think it’s too late. I’ve tried everything and the divorce has already been filed my husband is non emotional and acts as if this doesn’t hurt him but then talks about the future plans we had and how we will never get to do them. One minute he hates me the next we are on the phone for 4-5 hrs straight. He’s prideful and his family and some friends know the divorce has been filed and I think because of this he will not give us another try. 7 years and a baby later and it’s all gone. I’ve prayed I’ve begged I’ve given space nothing is working and we go back to court in March of this year what can I do he also lives in another state now so it’s making it more difficult to reconcile

    1. Sorry to hear that. How long has it been since the divorce was finalized? When did all the trouble started and what has caused it? 6. This was very very good info, I actually took notes to keep in my wallet. Thank you marriage guy!

    1. Ah! A self admitting text terrorist! 🙂 It mostly depends on the damage done, though. It may or may not be too late…but don’t make the same mistakes! How long have you been doing the same mistakes? On the flip side, however, you could just be overreacting, especially with all the stuff that’s been going on… so don’t be so hard on yourself. Most people are guilty of this at some point. So if you’d really want to gauge your chances of getting back together (it may not be all doom and gloom after all) I suggest you take the free quiz on my website and answer as honestly as possible, at www.breakupbrad.com/quiz Good luck!
